The Duval County Democratic Party is powered by hundreds of thousands of Democrats who are committed to changing our county. The way we win is by organizing. The place we start is right here. Explore our centralized hub for grassroots volunteer opportunities to take action on your own time. The work starts NOW – we’re organizing year-round to make sure we can help Democratic candidates, educate voters, and reach out to communities around Duval County.
Florida’s vote-by-mail rules have changed—and many Duval County Democrats are no longer signed up to get a mail ballot in 2026. These are some of our most reliable voters—and unless we reach them, many could be left behind. Your quick, helpful conversations will make a real difference.
You can make calls whenever it works for you–anytime between 9am-8pm on Mon-Sat, and 11am-7pm on Sun!
Sign up to be sent all the details and begin making your calls. Training and support provided.

Join the Duval Dems for our Weekend of Action Canvass as we continue building Democratic strength through year-round organizing.
We’ll be talking with Democrats in the community to:
Re-introduce ourselves
Let voters know there are Democrats in their community working to support them
Help voters enroll in Vote-by-Mail
Keep voters engaged in the work ahead
Strengthen our local volunteer infrastructure
This canvass is about more than one conversation. It’s an opportunity to reconnect with Democrats at the door, build trust, and show that organizing is happening in this community now—not just right before an election.
No experience is necessary. We’ll make sure you have the training, materials, and support you need before you head out.

Call Democrats from home
Help them re-enroll in vote-by-mail
Strengthen our grassroots infrastructure
Why: As of January 1, more than 1.2 million Democrats have been removed from Florida’s Vote-by-Mail rolls. We’ll contact the voters who had a mail ballot in 2024 but haven’t yet re-enrolled—helping them take the steps to stay on track for 2026.
No experience necessary—just a willingness to make a difference. We’ll provide the training and support you need.
